The long -awaited Mohanlal Starrer Vrushabha has officially locked its release date. The bilingual Malayalam-Telugu period action drama will meet the big screens on November 6, 2025. This update was confirmed by the superstar himself on social media.Mohanlal shared the update and wrote: “The ground shakes. The sky is burning. Destiny has chosen his warrior. #Vrusshabha arrives on November 6!” Originally planned for a Diwali edition, the film’s premiere has been postponed by a couple of weeks to ensure a major launch over several languages and regions.
Mohanlal’s tweet was soon flooded by comments from fans. One wrote, “That’s fantastic news! Mohanlal in a war role for Vrushabha sounds incredibly exciting. The poster looks epic! Promises a great epic movie
Led by Nanda Kishore‘Vrushabha’ explores themes for reincarnation, rivalry and the powerful bond between a father and son. The teaser, which was recently revealed, showed Mohanlal in a hard royal Avatar, a warrior king in a previous life. The film is expected to fall on two timelines seen in the teaser.Although there was doubt among the fans about ‘Vrushabha’, when Mohanlal’s previously two epic films ‘Barroz’ and ‘Kannappa’ flopped on the checkout, with mixed reviews, the teaser for Nanda Kishore’s director came in as a huge relief. The majority of the audience loved the teaser cuts and the big pictures, except for some shortcomings in action choreography.
