Veteran actress and famous filmmaker V. ShantaramWife, Sandhya Shantaram, dead at the age of 94. Her funeral was held at Vaikunth Dham in Shivaji Park, Dadar, Mumbai. Although there is no official statement about what caused her death, it is reported that she suffered from age -related issues. She has worked in V. Shantaram’s films and was widely known for her work in the movie ‘Pinjara’. She has also worked in her film entitled ‘Do Aankhen Barah Haath’. She impressed everyone with her performance and dance in the film. On her top, the actress defined the golden era for Indian film. She has also presented in the movie ‘Jhanak Jhanak Payal Baaje’, ‘Navrang’ and ‘Amar Bhoopali’.According to the India Today report, her last rituals, conducted at Shivaji Park Crematorium, participated by her close family, friends and admirers.
