Team Rishab Shetty Basks is currently in the glory of the success of their recently released film ‘Kantara: Chapter 1.’ The actor, author and director has always expressed deep love and respect for stories that keep in touch with India’s roots, culture and traditions. In many ways, Rishab has become the torch for cinema that bridges the band between people and their origin and celebrates the essence of rural life, faith and folklore.
In an exclusive conversation with Etimes, Rishab talked about another film celebrating similar themes, the Marathi movie “Dashavatar”, which has performed impressive at the checkout. When asked if he had the opportunity to look at it, Rishab said: “I have heard about it and received good feedback, but I have not had time to look at it yet because our campaigns started late. I will definitely look at it after our release.“

At the same time, ‘Kantara: Chapter 1’ continues its triumphant driving, after collecting 256.50 crore (India). ‘Kantara: Chapter 1’ is a prequel for the movie ‘Kantara- The Legend’ which was released in 2022.
