Hailed as “super food”, Chia seeds are extremely popular around the world. These small seeds are undoubtedly rich in fiber, proteins, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids and other important minerals. Many studies have recognized chia seeds and their benefits that range from weight management to improved heart health.

Despite the benefits, chia seeds are not “everyone’s bowl with meal”! Meaning, chia seeds are not recommended for everyone.
