In an interview with Punjab First Voice, Pankaj Kapur revealed that his father was the first person in their family to join Radha Soami. He added further, he spends almost all his spare time in Bea, and his son Shahid is also initiated. Speaking of Shahid, when Pankaj was asked about Kapoor’s marriage to Mira Rajput, was proposed by Guru by the respective faith, said the veteran actor: “Yes, that was how it was organized.” Without sharing a lot, he commented, “I don’t want to reveal too much about this topic … Yes, two families were introduced to each other, with the intention of getting Shahid and Mira to tie the knot.”
