Rishab shetty‘S Kantara: A legend Chapter 1 Pre -driving to his 2022 blockbuster -hit Kantara has set the cash on fire on the first day after the publication. The movie on its first day coined RS 60 crore over language with Kannada version that brought in RS 18 crore and Hindi version and adds RS 19.50 crore. The Telugu and Tamil version brought RS 12.5 crore and RS 5.25 crore to Kitty and the Malayalam version collected RS 4.75 crore. And with that, the film has taken the third largest opening in 2025 followed by Rajinikanth’s Coolie and Pawan Kalyan’s they call him og. Over language it was the Hindi version that led from the front with Rs 19.50 Crore collection according to Sacnilk and with that the film has taken the fourth largest Hindi opening of the year that nuded past Ajay DevgnRitiesh Deshmukh and Saurabh Shukla -Starre Raid 2, directed by Rajkumar Gupta. Kantara 2’s number cannot be seen isolated as Varun DhawanJanhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf and Shashank Khaitaans Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari also released the same day.
