Dhanush’s latest excursion “Idli Kadai” has finally met the big screens, and early cash accounts indicate a respectable start. Despite mixed reviews from the audience on the release day, the film managed to cross Rs 10 Crore brand in India Net collections on its opening day.
Decent opening with Rs 10.4 crore on day 1
According to the Sacnilk website, ‘Idli Kadai’ collected an estimated Rs 10.4 crore on day 1 over language. The tamilic version dominated revenue with RS 9.75 crore, while the Telugu version contributed approximately RS 65 lakhs.
Coating trends show strong evening growth
According to the reports, the Tamil coating was 48.34% a total of October 1, with the night shows that performed the best of 69.33%. Morning shows were relatively lower at 25.82%, but the trend took up in the evening at 50.51%.However, in Telugu states, the coating was more modest at 18.33% in total. The highest came during evening shows at 19.90%, while morning shows remained on the weaker side of 15.60%. Overall, we can notice decent coating figures for the Dhanush Star -Drama film.

Directed by Dhanush himself, ‘Idli Kadai’ is a multi-star with Nithya Menen, Arun Vijay, Sathyaraj, Shaini Pandea and Rajkiran in key roles. The film receives decent reviews from the audience for its performances.
